Meet Jachna Beck
Jachna Beck is a counselor and yoga guide with a background in emotional and behavioral sciences, systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care. She brings together years of experience in the social sector with a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, body-based healing, and personal growth. With a calm presence and a grounded, intuitive approach, she creates safe spaces for others to reconnect with themselves and move gently toward lasting change.
